Social SEO Pro does also include an option to create an image sitemap. You can find this option within the General Settings.
You need to check the box to enable the sitemap. After that click on "Save Changes". The plugin will then automatically create an image sitemap, including all images found in the Media Library. If you added a title to the images when uploaded, the sitemap will also include the image title to make it easier for search engines to know what the image is about.
When the image sitemap has been created, you will see a link which will point to the newly created image sitemap, so that you easily can check if that worked without any issues.
After you activated and saved the sitemap option, go to Permalinks > Settings and re-save the permalinks. You don't need to change anything, just save them again to make sure WordPress recognizes the new URL's.
How to Automatically Submit Your Image Sitemap to Google & Bing
As you can see in the image above, Social SEO Pro will provide you the links for Google and Bing. Copy these links in to a Notepad File. If you want to test the URLs, you can copy and paste them, one at a time, into the browser address bar and then press enter. If pinging worked, you'll see a notification message about the submission.
Then within the WordPress Dashboard go to Settings > Writing and scroll down to the bottom of the page, to the Update Services section.
Now paste the URLs, which you copied into a notepad file, in to the Update Services field. Make sure, that you only paste one URL per line and click on "Save Changes". Now every time you create a new post, WordPress will automatically ping Google & Bing about your updated image sitemap.
